Product ingredients, quantities, directions, precautions and other relevant details are provided on the individual product pages or labels. Please review these details before purchasing.
References to Ayurveda or traditional herbs describe the ingredients or inspiration behind our products. They do not, by themselves, indicate that a product is a licensed Ayurvedic medicine.
2. Eligibility and Customer Details
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or make your purchase through a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Product Use and Precautions
Use all products according to their labels and instructions. Products marked for external use must not be consumed.
Review the ingredient list for known allergies and follow any patch-test instructions provided. Herbal or natural ingredients may not suit every individual.
If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice. Please contact us about any suspected product safety issue.

4. Handmade and Natural Variations
Natural ingredients and handmade production may result in minor differences in colour, fragrance, texture or appearance between batches.
Product images are illustrative, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. These variations do not excuse supplying products that are defective, unsafe or materially different from their descriptions.

5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts will be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.
We may update prices for future orders. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
Payments must be made through the methods available at checkout. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, password or OTP with our customer support team.
6. Order Acceptance and Availability
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch.
Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the cancelled items.
If a material pricing or product-description error is discovered, we will explain the correction and allow you to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel for a refund. Additional charges will not be collected without your consent.
7. Shipping and Delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Change-of-mind returns may be restricted because our products are intended for personal care. Hygiene restrictions do not remove your rights regarding damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

9. Offers and Discount Codes
Offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the promotion, including validity dates, exclusions and minimum purchase requirements.

You must not use the website to commit fraud, submit unlawful content, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access to systems or personal information.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse. This does not remove our obligations concerning payments already received or valid customer claims.

14. Liability and Consumer Protection

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by use contrary to clear product instructions, improper storage after delivery or unauthorised modification of a product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, defective or unsafe products, or any responsibility or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and transactions made through earthnoor.com are governed by the laws of India.
Any question or difference concerning the interpretation, meaning or effect of these terms, the rights and liabilities of the parties, or any matter arising out of or connected with these terms should first be notified in writing to the other party. The parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days of receiving the written notice. This process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising statutory rights.
Subject to applicable law and the consumer-rights protections below, disputes legally capable of settlement by arbitration shall be referred to a single independent and impartial arbitrator appointed by mutual written agreement of the parties within 30 days of receipt of a written request for arbitration. Neither party shall have the unilateral right to appoint the sole arbitrator.
If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within that period, either party may seek appointment through the procedure prescribed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
The seat and legal place of arbitration shall be Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. Hearings may take place remotely or at another mutually agreed location without changing the seat of arbitration.
The arbitral award shall be binding upon the parties, subject to the rights of challenge and other remedies available under applicable law. Arbitration costs and their allocation shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the arbitrator’s directions. Any agreement to share deposits equally shall not predetermine the final allocation of costs.
Subject to mandatory provisions of law, courts of competent jurisdiction at Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters lawfully subject to such a choice. Applications reserved by law to a competent High Court or other authority shall be made to that court or authority.
Nothing in this clause requires a consumer to use arbitration instead of an available statutory remedy, or prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, court or other authority under applicable law. No deemed place of acceptance shall restrict those rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date.
Changes apply prospectively. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms applicable when the order was made, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
17. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. An invalid provision will not be interpreted to reduce mandatory consumer protections.
